The incident overview now includes a new filter to quickly select a period, which can also be applied per sub-account. There is also an "export to Excel" function.
Below the filter, a number of useful statistics are now visible at a glance.
The statistics page has been revamped:
Statistics are visible showing which type of incident occurred, which codes had incidents, in which municipalities they took place, ...
The table can be intuitively customized as desired. The view can also be saved, so it's always available.
The vehicles tab (only available if the "MEDIS" module is included in the package) contains statistics on average durations (response time, time on scene, ...). This is based on the trip data. Here too, views can be saved.
Both are exportable to Excel and PDF.
The incidents are displayed individually below the pivot table, with a link to the incident.
